You should bring that with you
For relaxed and enjoyable outdoor fun, we strongly recommend taking the following with you
Late morning:
We meet at 9 a.m. on a calm body of water and get to know each other in a relaxed manner.
We will arrange the exact meeting point in a preliminary telephone discussion.
After the introductory round, we familiarize ourselves with the material and carry out exercises on land and on calm water.
You will learn how to put on your equipment correctly and how to safely get in and out of your whitewater kayak.
We will show you how to sit correctly in your kayak and how to hold the paddle correctly.
We also practice the correct handling of the spray deck.
Time for a lunch break:
We spend it comfortably on the shore.
We internalize what we have learned, recharge our batteries and start the next round strengthened.
Afternoon:
The second half of the course consists of theoretical and practical exercises.
We train different paddling techniques on the water and apply them playfully.
For example, you will learn what an eddy is and what a cable ferry is.
We will also show you how to move safely in your kayak in easy-flowing water.
You will experience a fun introductory course with pure nature and water-rich action!
Convinced? Then we look forward to guiding and accompanying you in the whitewater kayak!

Second day:

On the second day of the course, we will refresh the theoretical and technical knowledge we have already learned. We spend our lunch break – if necessary – comfortably on the shore. Enough time to let what we have learned work on us and to recharge our batteries for the next round.
We use the afternoon to practice and improve our technique. The aim of the course is for you to be able to move independently on easy white
